We can offer straight day shift hours with a ½ day Fridays. We have high-end equipment and we make a very high-end product. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prep trailers for paint shop
- Paint trailers and trailer parts as required
- Support the smooth running of the paint shop
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
- Adhere to H&S rules

**Qualifications/Skills Required**:

- High School education required - post secondary preferred
- Commercial Body Shop experience required
- Previous experience painting and prepping
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Attention to detail and quality
- Willing to work overtime as required
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.

**Work Conditions**
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
- Must be able to stay focused on the task at hand
- Overtime as required
- Hazards associated with the trade
