We are a modern dental clinic in Bridgeland that is seeking another passionate, confident, and independent dental assistant to join our team Our clinic is expanding and need of a second assistant We are currently looking for someone who is available for the following times:

- Mondays 11-7
- Optional Tuesdays 9-5 (if wanting more hours)
- Wednesdays 10-6
- Thursdays 11-7
- ONE Friday a month 9-5 (surgery day - IV sedation certification is an asset)
- TWO Saturdays a month 9-3
- Optional THREE Sundays a month 9-5 (if wanting more hours)
*we are CLOSED for all long weekends*

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the dentist during patient procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment and ensure availability of instruments throughout the day
- Take dental x-rays
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
- Prepare materials for restorations, impressions, and other dental procedures
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist in patient scheduling and billing

**Requirements**:

- Dental assisting certification and current registration with CADA
- Experience as a dental assistant
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to delivering exceptional and friendly patient care
- Passion for the field of dentistry and a desire to continuously improve and grow professionally
- Open to learning supportive receptionist skills

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
