Managing multiple internal stakeholder partnerships, you will collaborate and develop effective communication plans that support business objectives. What you'll do:
As a Corporate Communications Specialist your key area of responsibility will include the development of clear, concise communication plans and providing strategic advice to leaders across the organization. You will need to work closely with various internal teams to deliver various messaging that support ongoing business goals.

**How you'll make an impact**:

- Manage all operational employee communications.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to coach, influence and support staff with their communications and find opportunities to help them advance and achieve their goals while using best practices.
- Support the execution of the people strategic communications strategy including communications plan development, internal stakeholder engagement, project management, writing, editing and ideation of creative materials.
- Own and manage the employee editorial calendar. This involves coordinating meetings and project managing content collation from various stakeholders in the business.
- Support Diversity and Inclusion strategy through proactive communications and employee engagement initiatives.

**What you'll bring to this role**:

- Degree/Diploma specialization in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field highly valued.
- 3-5 years experience in a communications role.
- Previous experience working in employee communications within a global organization is considered an asset.
- Experience using a content management system to build and manage content.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, editing and proofreading skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
