Customer Service and Sales Support Representative

Established in 1999, Empack Spraytech Inc. is a leading aerosol manufacturer, liquid filler, and custom contract packager. Located in Brampton, Empack manufactures products for a wide range of markets including personal care, household goods, automotive, computer care, industrial and outdoors. We offer private label programs and produce a range of products under our house brands that include emzone, zytec Germ Buster, and SunZone.
**Morning Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday**
**Customer Service and Sales Support Representative**
The incumbent will be responsible for managing client relationships and customer retention. The incumbent will develop relationships with assigned customers, support them through the ordering process, provide company and product information, and solve any issues that may arise.
**What you will do**:
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide them information including shipment status, price changes, inventory announcements and other important information.
- Acts as a corporate and Brand ambassador, building up corporate and brand awareness to assigned accounts
- Regularly contacts accounts to maintain professional business relations and to develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships
- Support customer base with promotional materials, point of purchase materials, information and updates on product offerings, and corporate updates.
- Promptly submit orders and follow-through to ensure customer requests are honored
- Answer customer inquires and resolve customer issues that may arise with urgency and professionalism
- Help the purchasing team monitor inventory levels by communicating potential stockouts due to distributor usage
- Maintains integrity, honesty, and ethically deals with new and existing clients. Works quickly to solve any issues.
- Acts as a backup to or supports other functions in the organization.
**What you will need to be successful**:
- **Willing to train recent graduates**:
- Charismatic possessing the ability to make relationships with a diverse set of clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment (independently as well as in a team environment)
- Tech-savvy with above average working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook, MS Teams, and can quickly learn other technologies (customer portals, ERP software, etc.)
- Perform duties with a high level of accuracy.
- Analytical and good with numbers.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Works with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task and easily adapt to current business trends
- Effective customer service skills and easily makes customers feel at ease
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
**Additional Nice to Haves**:
- Exposure to, and experience with using Microsoft Business Central ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) System
- Personal Care Products, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Industry experience
- Automotive and Industrial Goods Industry experience
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related discipline
- Client support experience
- Experience with upselling
