**Présentation du poste**

En tant que **Coordonnateur(trice), Bureau Exécutif,** vous apportez un soutien administratif et logistique essentiel au Président Exécutif, au PDG et au Chef de Cabinet. Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de leurs agendas, des communications, de la logistique des déplacements et de la coordination des réunions et événements. Votre rigueur, votre proactivité et votre discrétion sont essentielles pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du bureau exécutif.

**Responsabilités**
- Gérer les calendriers, organiser les réunions et coordonner les déplacements.
- Rédiger, traduire et préparer des documents et présentations.
- Filtrer et gérer les communications internes et externes.
- Coordonner des projets spéciaux et assurer le suivi des actions.
- Organiser des événements d'entreprise et en assurer la logistique.
- Maintenir la confidentialité des informations et assurer une gestion efficace des priorités.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du bureau exécutif.

**Qualifications requises**
- 10+ ans d’expérience en soutien administratif à la direction.
- Excellentes compétences en organisation, communication et gestion du temps.
- Maîtrise de la Suite Microsoft Office et des outils IA (Copilot, ChatGPT, DeepL).
- Discrétion et professionnalisme dans la gestion d’informations sensibles.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
- L’anglais est requis pour ce poste afin de communiquer avec les dirigeants et partenaires internationaux, coordonner des réunions avec des parties prenantes à l’étranger et assurer la gestion des communications globales.

**Position Overview**

As a **Coordinator, Executive Office**, you will provide essential administrative and logístical support to the Executive Chairman, CEO, and Chief of Staff. You will be responsible for managing schedules, communications, travel logistics, and coordinating meetings and events. Your attention to detail, proactivity, and discretion will ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Draft, translate, and prepare documents and presentations.
- Filter and handle internal and external communications.
- Oversee special projects and track follow-ups.
- Organize corporate events and ensure logístical coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and efficiently prioritize tasks.
- Perform any other related duties required for the effective operation of the executive office.

**Required Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in executive administrative support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, DeepL).
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Bilingual (French-English).
- English is required for this position to communicate with executives and international partners, coordinate meetings with global stakeholders, and manage global communications.
