**Duties and Key Responsibilities**

**Position Title**: Logistics Technician
**Employment**: Part-Time, Casual
**Job Code**: PTCLT

**Primary Purpose**:
The **Logistics Technician** is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of inflatable amusement devices and related event equipment to and from event sites. This includes loading, delivery, unloading, and return of equipment in accordance with the company’s operational procedures and the _Technical Standards and Safety Authority_ (TSSA) regulations. Is expected to maintain accurate self-reporting of time and remain current with all applicable.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. **Transportation & Delivery of Equipment**:
a) Safely transport inflatable amusement equipment and event supplies from the warehouse to client locations using company-approved or personal vehicles as permitted.

b) Ensure all transported items are properly loaded, secured, and protected from damage during transit.

c) Deliver equipment on time and in alignment with setup schedules.

2. **Takedown Support and Return Transport**:
a) Return to event sites as scheduled to collect equipment post-event.

b) Ensure proper dismantling support is provided (_where required_) and return equipment to the warehouse safely.

c) Follow correct unloading and inventory check-in procedures at the warehouse.

3. **Inspection and Handling Duties**:
a) Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

b) Notify management immediately of any issues with the vehicle or transported equipment.

4. **Documentation & Compliance**:
a) Maintain accurate delivery logs and trip records as required.

b) Adhere to all Employer safety protocols and TSSA transport-related requirements.

c) Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company driving policies, and client site access protocols.

5. **Driver Licensing and Fitness Requirements**:
a) Maintain a valid G-Class driver's licence with a clean driving record.

b) Must be physically capable of loading/unloading items from seventy-five (75) pounds and more.

6. **Uniform and Conduct Standards**:
a) Wear Employer-provided uniform and present a clean, professional appearance.

b) Maintain courteous and respectful conduct at all delivery locations.

7. **Other Duties as Assigned**:
a) Perform any additional transport-related duties reasonably assigned by management.

Pay: From $21.75 per hour
