We aim to be our customer’s one-stop shop for all their medication needs, and our experienced team will provide patients with exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with patients and families and arranging medication pick up or deliveries
- Receive new prescriptions and refill orders
- Input patient and prescriptions information into the computer using Kroll pharmacy system
- Perform tasks related to ordering, receiving and managing inventory levels
- Adhere to operational procedures and company policies.
- Participating in medication compounding tasks
- Processing prescription refills and billing pharmacare and other 3rd party insurances
- Performing administrative and clerical duties

**Requirements**:

- Must speak Hindi or Punjabi
- Must have completed an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or have three years of retail pharmacy experience.
- Strong work ethic with an upbeat personality
- Must be a “People’s person” and willing to go an extra mile to help others
- Prior experience with Kroll pharmacy software is a vital asset
- Previous compounding experience or training is an asset
