Looking for a great opportunity? We're searching for amazing front-line workers to join our team

Avalon is currently hiring dynamic and energetic Adult Support Workers to work with young adult males and females in the south end of Guelph, Ontario. Support workers will assist our clients with developing life skills and will support them in their homes and in the community. Currently, we are hiring for part time staff / relief staff. Shifts primarily include weekends, evenings and overnights but day shifts may be available. This role could lead to a full time position.

A degree or diploma in the Social Services is required. University and college students in a related field with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

The starting rate of pay for this role is $21 per hour, plus a $3 per hour wage enhancement funded by the Ontario government for a total of $24 per hour. Overnight sleep shift wage is $18 per hour, plus the $3 per hour wage enhancement for a total of $21 per hour.
