**Job Summary**
We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator who will play a key role in helping Samuel’s team members learn and grow Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate will be essential in coordinating various aspects of our L&D programs and the learning activities in Oracle Learning Cloud, Samuel’s Learning Management System (LMS).
**What will you do?**
You will participate in the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of Samuel’s various L&D initiatives. You will also participate in improving learning experiences at Samuel by providing the day-to-day end-user support of Oracle Learning Cloud and leading innovation. You will be working closely with the L&D Manager and other key business stakeholders around Samuel in a dynamic team working environment.
**Responsibilities**
**Learning & Development Program Design & Operation Support**
- Collaborates with the L&D Manager on providing positive and effective learning experiences through the online and offline learning & development programs at Samuel. Maintains a continuous improvement mindset to help innovate and optimize learning content and processes.
- Assists L&D Manager or other Samuel’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the development & implementation of new learning content, using established instructional design models and adult learning principles in a variety of formats (instructor-led, e-learning, blended learning) to support Samuel’s talent development strategy.
- Participates in the active promotion and communication about L&D programs around Samuel.
- Maintains learning metrics to enable the team to evaluate the effectiveness of Samuel’s learning & development programs and make data-driven decisions.
**Learning Management system (LMS) Ownership**
- Acts as the primary contact and resource for the LMS. Samuel’s LMS (Oracle Learning Cloud) facilitates all administrative tasks, including assigning, tracking, and managing individual learning activities. Managing and improving the processes in the LMS and collaborating with the L&D Manager is one of the key responsibilities of this role.
- Set up the LMS to meet the specific needs of different stakeholder groups (e.g., Legal, Health & Safety, Quality, etc.,) including but not limited to course templates, roles, and permission rules. Works in collaboration with the stakeholders to define business requirements, assess the system's capabilities for meeting the requirements, and suggest solutions.
- Oversees the system, providing the day-to-day end-user support and involving the HR Technology team when necessary.
- Provide system onboarding training support for new local LMS administrators as necessary.
**Requirement**:
- One year experience within corporate learning and development role
- Hands on experience with Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, V-lookup, etc.)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Proficient skill level in using Microsoft Office.
- Proficient skill level in using online training authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate) is an asset.
