- **Prepare monthly reporting of financials for management team.**
- **Develop and review complex financial and valuation models and financing structures.**
- **Coordinate internally with the finance team to ensure that reporting, covenants and all aspects of financing are in compliance.**
- **Working with management on strategic initiatives.**
- **Understand current financial analyses/processes and develop more insightful and more efficient approaches.**
- **Analyze financial results and prepare variance analyses.**
- **Help with optimizing company operations, policies.**
- **Provide leadership and mentorship to** **team members ensuring all tasks and expectations are being met.**
- **Prepare ad-hoc projects assigned by management**.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 8+years Experience in a similar role in Canada**
- **Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance management.**
- **Experience in logistics industry as an asset.**
- **Management and leadership experience, preferably in** **midsize entrepreneurial environments.**
- **Professional accounting designation (CPA) as preferred**
- **Attention to detail and accuracy.**
- **Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.**
- **Ability to organize and prioritize down to the fine details.**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial information to both finance and non-finance personnel.**
- **Ability to inspire and motivate team members, provide guidance, and delegate tasks effectively.**
- **Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.**
- **Strong problem-solving abilities.**
- **Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other accounting software**
- **Must be able to speak Mandarin and English fluently.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
