We are looking for a helpdesk technician that will also provide on-site, deskside support and is laser-focused on client success and productivity with exceptional communication skills, a personable demeanor, and a strong sense of humour.
With a minimum of 3 years of I.T. support experience, preferably working as a consultant with multiple clients, you will support our clients with their day-to-day I.T. needs.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office suite products is required and PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 are valuable assets.
Additionally, you will be helping maintain and diagnose network issues for our small/medium-sized business as well as helping with printers, scanners, and other network devices normally found in a small/medium-sized business.
Support is provided both remotely and on-site using a suite of RMM and PSA tools.
Everything you need to work will be provided including a laptop, three monitors, webcam, desk, and mobile phone.
At times you will be required to visit client sites where business casual attire is required.
You must be eager, no, hungry, to learn and to impart your knowledge with others; peers and clients alike. The Rock Solid team thrives on a hive mind that is open to new and exciting ways to improve the productivity and reliability of our clients along with the efficiency of our team.
A solid familiarity with pop culture, especially with all things Sci-Fi related, is also beneficial.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Most of our staff work primarily from home and go to client sites only when it is unavoidable. To help with the introduction to our workflows, you will work primarily from our office where desks are well separated and social distancing & masks are required
