Payroll and Admin Assistant- 3 Days a Week

Training will be provided
**Responsibilities**:
- Onboard new customers in payroll software
- Provide training to customers
- Assist customers with setting up and running payroll
- Answer queries related to Paymate software and services
- Provide training on the use of the software and provide customer support when they need help
- Assist with some admin and billing work
Qualifications:
Must have
- Minimum 1-year experience in payroll processing
- One-year experience with Quickbooks, Sage or any accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Minimum College education or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Payroll Service experience
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification from the Canadian Payroll Association or pursuing the certification.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
