**The following is mandatory to be considered for this position**:

- **5+ years general experience in residential construction in the last 10 years**
- **Be able to lead a crew**
- **Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees & supervisors**
- **Punctuality and strong organizational skills**
- **Strong mechanical aptitude**
- **Extensive knowledge of power tools**
- **Committed team player**

**The following is experience that is required for this role**:

- **Framing**
- **Roofing experience**
- **Exterior work experience**
- **Able to be working on the road for the week (always home on the weekends)**

**The following is experience that is not required but is an asset for this role**:

- **Working knowledge of CoConstruct Management Platform**
- **ICF Foundation experience**
- **Building moving experience**
- **Hold a class 1A license**

**Please note that we are looking to hire a full time employee and not a sub trade. If you are looking to work as a sub trade this opportunity is not for you.**
