Parts Management Mentor

Part Time Posi/on

3 days per week

The Parts Manager will have a leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day opera/ons of the Parts

Departments. Their primary goals will be:
To make certain the teams deliver excellent customer service.

More importantly, mentor the current Parts Specialist to ensure they become knowledgeable and

efficient with the following:

- Efficient and Imely compleIon of all key duIes and responsibiliIes in his current job descripIon
- Assess aged inventory and implement procedures to minimize obsolescence
- ForecasIng parts need and ensuring opImal inventory levels
- Oversee the delivery of Onboarding to all department staff to ensure proper training
- Monitor the performance of all department staff
- Assist in forecasIng goals and objecIves for the parts department
- Monitoring the parts inventory which involves receiving parts, placing them into inventory and

properly labeling them.
- CollaboraIng with the service department to ensure all parts requests are available and acted

upon in a Imely manner
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a Imely manner

Other:

- Works out of the Moncton Branch
- Will be required to travel to the Dartmouth & Saint John Branch on occasion

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9-12 months

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
