**Qualifications**:
*Passion, knowledge and ability in a variety of areas within Culinary Arts
*Working knowledge of kitchen basics - prep, grilling, salads, buffets, soups
*Ability to clearly communicate in English, verbally and written
*Previous experience of 1 year or more preferred

*Strong Communication and multi tasking skills

*High quality standards
*Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
*Creative, detail oriented, independent team player

**Position Details**:We are a full service hotel with a Family Style Restaurant with an a la carte menu serving all meal periods, a Fun and Modern Lounge as well as amazing Meeting and Banquet space where we delight our guests with our Culinary Creations. We are looking for an individual who is interested in the flexibility of a varied rotating schedule that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
