**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor in Retirement living with enhanced care environment to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and expert advice on our products. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs and help them find the best solutions, ultimately driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
As a Sales Advisor your typical day will impact the following ways:
- Development and implementation of the Community marketing plan.
- Coordination of promotional activities.
- Holds primary responsibility for all sales functions including; lead management, documentation,
reporting, touring/retouring and follow up.
- Create, maintains and grows key relationships in the greater community.
- Manages and reports on changes in the marketplace and competitive intelligence
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored retirement living and care needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Skills**
- Senior Living experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to learn quickly about new products and services.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
