**About Peel Addiction Assessment & Referral Centre (PAARC)**:

**Role Description**:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide supervision, training, and support to the clinical staff under the direction of the Manager of Programs and Clinical Services. You will also manage a small caseload, demonstrating excellence in clinical practice. This position requires someone with supervisory or middle management experience, with extensive clinical experience. This full-time, permanent position requires flexibility, including occasional evenings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervisory**:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of clinical staff.
- Provide orientation, regular supervision, and ongoing evaluation to clinical staff.
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice and professional conduct within the team.
**Clinical**:
- Conduct assessments, case management, and supportive counselling.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of clinical work, including case notes and reports.
**Organizational Support and Administrative**:
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with community groups, agency teams, and all PAARC employees.
- Participate in meetings and committees as required, and assist in program and organizational planning.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to the community.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in the voluntary sector, with extensive clinical experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of substance use philosophies, with strong skills in crisis management and case management.
- Superior command of English and strong verbal communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the community as needed.
**Benefits**:
- Competitive salary range: $60,554-$71,240 per year (with opportunity to grow beyond the hiring range)

**Working hours and location**:
This position offers a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday (8:30 am
- 4:30 pm), with one evening per week (12:30 pm
- 8:00 pm), with the expectation of additional hours outside of the standard work week as required. The majority of work will be located in the Mississauga area, with some travel to Brampton and Caledon.
An office is provided at our West Mississauga location. Please note that this is an ‘on site’ position.
Pay: $60,554.00-$71,240.00 per year
