We are searching for an **Innovation Engagement Specialist**to join our Analytics and Innovation Team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

**About the Opportunity**
- Research emerging technologies relevant to seniors living and/or long-term care
- Make recommendations back to the Technology and Innovation leadership based on the results.
- Ensure technology solutions align with organizational strategic goals and operational priorities
- Develops the implementation plan and best approach to roll out technology solutions, including communication and support plan.
- Oversee project implementation, timelines and deliverables.
- Operationalize the Innovation solutions through implementation of technology and working with our residents and families.
- Collaborates with residents and staff in developing related goals based on the solutions being implemented.
- Develops and implements education and training on the new solutions.
**About You**
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Health Administration or other related disciplines.
- 2- 5 years’ experience in health care setting or senior’s living environment
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in technology related role
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- ITIL v4, six sigma certification, project management certification considered an asset
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
