**True North Sports + Entertainmen**t is looking for an energetic customer-focused part-time Concession Attendant to join our team at hockey for all centre**

The **Concessions Attendant** will be responsible for the quick and friendly sale of food and beverages to guests of hockey for all centre at the Centre Ice Concession.

** What to be excited for in this role**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and guests at the concession stand at hockey for all centre.
- Responsible for the set-up of equipment related to the sale of food and beverage.
- Use equipment to prepare hot and cold beverages.
- Uphold open communication with the team and supervisors to ensure concerns are managed efficiently.
- Accept accurate cash, debit, and credit card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked working environment.

What we need from you**:

- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
- Must have flexibility to work various shifts including:

- Thursday/Friday daytime.
- Weekend daytime & evening.- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Provide own transportation as the hockey for all centre is not located near bus routes.
