We are looking for an inside sales professional for a full-time role of **AUTO** **PARTS** **COUNTER PERSON **at Partners power. If you are a customer-oriented individual with knowledge of automotive aftermarket parts, this could be the role for you
**Duties & Responsibilities of an Auto Parts Counter Person Include**:
- Determining customer needs
- Providing professional and accurate customer service
- Serving retail customers by providing quotes and processing parts orders for telephone, electronic and over-the-counter sales
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers
- Preparing customer orders and handle product returns
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar inside sales role
- Capability of recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure the proper selection of parts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use various computer programs
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
