Reporting to the Director of the Lean Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for the evolution of Lean practices (strategic planning, management system and processes). In line with the iA model, you plan and ensure the development of the Lean practice, both the expected behaviours and the tools. You ensure the deployment so that the continuous improvement advisors become drivers of the model and generate efficiency gains.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Acting as a resource person in the orientation and choice of Lean practices, in accordance with the other components of the iA model
- Anticipating the evolution of the practice and monitor what is being done in the market
- Designing and implementing tools and standards to boost efficiency and improve continuous improvement practices and processes
- Piloting and being involved in strategic initiatives and intervening as an expert on mandates
- Transferring of knowledge and expertise to team members, supporting them in solving complex cases and operational challenges and working together towards their development
- Contributing to the team’s strategic planning
- Developing an external networking strategy
- Supporting the implementation and evolution of team management tools

**Desired profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, engineering or any other relevant field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years or more in continuous improvement (Lean philosophy)
- Strong team player, collaborative leadership, initiative and the ability to influence and teach
- Ability to clearly explain and simplify complex messages, both oral and written
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Excellent ability to understand and navigate a complex and changing environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Experience in deploying a management system is an asset
- Good knowledge of iA’s business lines and corporate services is an asset
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with internal French
- and English-speaking colleagues or partners across Canada
