**Job Summary**

Full Time and On-Call/Part-Time Concierge Needed for Downtown Residential Towers.

Job description:
**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience with buildings is desirable but not a must.
- excellent command of English, spoken and written.
- excellent interpersonal skills,
- ability to learn and adapt quickly,
- be well spoken, well presented and organized
- computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- excellent attention to details and multi - tasking.
- Strong people skills, willingness to work as a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $18.00 to $23.00 /hour

During 3 month probation period hourly wage is slightly less.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
