Sub-contract Cleaner

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks in residential homes
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Washing windows and mirrors
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Organizing and tidying up living spaces
- Adhering to cleaning protocols and standards

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in house cleaning preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within allocated timeframes
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Should be able to travel from his/her own car
- Must have Cleaning supplies and insurance.

You will need to adhere to cleaning protocols and standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, previous experience in house cleaning is preferred but not required. You should have the ability to work independently and efficiently, paying attention to detail and thoroughness in your cleaning tasks. Strong time management skills are essential to complete your assigned tasks within allocated timeframes. Additionally, you should have the physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary. Excellent communication skills are also important as you will interact with clients in a professional manner.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
