Contents Technician

A Contents Technician will work both in the office building and in the job sites. This position entails a variety of detailed cleaning techniques and can be physically demanding (which includes walking up and downstairs, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, twisting, squatting and pushing equipment daily). - Conducting general everyday cleaning.
- Cleaning all types of floors by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness of both office facilities and job sites.
- Assist with Pack-outs, processing (cleaning), and content move back/resets.
- Follow established cleaning procedures.
- Complete detailed structure cleans & construction cleans.
- Processing content in the warehouse.
- Complete your timecard daily.
- Documentation of Content completed on Encircle (training provided)
- Completing and handing in the necessary paperwork.

**Job Requirements**
- Previous work experience in the restoration industry is considered an asset.
- Previous work experience in a cleaning role is considered an asset.
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Must be able to communicate both in English (both spoken & written)
- Work well under pressure in difficult circumstances.
- Ability to work well alone as well as in a team environment.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- A valid BC drivers’ license is an asset (with a clean drivers abstract.)
- Ability to work overtime and on-call for after-hours emergency work.
- Ability to work standing for an average of 8 hours per day.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
