Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond
- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for over 42 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 910 employees in one of the world’s most challenging flight environments.

Air Inuit Management and its team of dedicated employees are committed to pursuing their tradition of providing safe, punctual and courteous air service for the growing number of people living and doing business in this enchanting region of Nunavik in Northern Québec.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participate in the company's safety management system.
- Assist the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Quality Assurance-Flight Manager;
- Prepare the following for bi-weekly SMS, Operations, and Departmental and monthly SST meetings:

- Invitations
- Agendas
- Meeting minutes in English and French;
- Create, update and follow-up on SMS reports in the database;
- Prepare monthly reports on current SMS report files;
- Maintain employee files and ensure their IMS training is up to date;
- Maintain various lists and databases;
- All administrative tasks deemed necessary by the immediate supervisor.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bilingual written and spoken (French/English), Inuktitut (an asset);
- College Diploma or equivalent;
- Ability to synthesize and summarize information;
- Ability to deduce, analyse and problem solve;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Professional, responsible and reliable attitude and able to maintain confidentiality;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Excellent time and work management skills and ability to work autonomously and under pressure;
- Detail oriented;
- Familiarity with data entry into databases (an asset);
- Experience in quality assurance and in the field of aviation (an asset).

**REMUNERATION**
