Live-in Superintendent

On-site superintendent required to
- perform repairs and maintenance and supervise contractors
- collect rent
- distribute occasional communications to tenants
- provide own basic hand tools and a drill

Apartment will be provided; the apartment requires minor repair

Pay will be $500 per month plus free accommodation

Routine hours approximately 10 hours per month plus dealing with emergencies on on-call basis, 7 days per week

Located in Southern Etobicoke

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3-4 per week

**Salary**: $500.00 per month

Schedule:

- On call

**Experience**:

- superintendent or equivalent: 2 years (required)
