**Duties**
- Prepare job sites by ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and others on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in spray foam installation or related construction fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
