310t Apprentice

**Job Title**:3rd-year Apprentice
**Location**: Thunder Bay, ON
**Wage**: Starting at $30 per hour
**Shift Options**:

- 9 AM - 7 PM or 10 AM - 8 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisted in performing repairs and providing preventive maintenance services on vehicles and equipment.
- Learn to inspect, diagnose, and assist in repairing electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems.
- Work with vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes for repairs.
- Support completion of all tasks within Standard Repair Times (SRTs).
- Assist in responding to emergency breakdowns with service calls under supervision.
- Participate in conducting safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
- Help complete necessary paperwork using fleet maintenance software, including documenting parts usage and repair times.
- Shadow experienced technicians to review and address repairs noted in Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

**Knowledge, Skills & Competencies**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be a level 3 or higher as an apprentice
- Experience working in any weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $25.63-$35.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- 310T apprentice: 2 years (preferred)
