Marketing & Customer Service Rep
- Provide on site customer service to members min 1- 2 evenings 3-8 pm, Sat 9-2pm as scheduled
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Website programming, editing an asset
- Graphic design an asset
- Able to create creative posts from Canva or other platform for social media marketing
- Screen members for proof of vaccination and COVID screening
- Register Members for Camps and Classes
- See the programs, and apparel for programs
- Create annual marketing plan for Brampton and Oakville locations for approval
- Execute Marketing plan
- Create social media plan and strategies for growing membership
- Manage social media pages, ensure they engage the audience and represent the brand
- Provide SEO stats on website and compare with reports
- Manage website changes and direction with approval
- Design and create posts for social media min 5x weekly
- Take pics and video, edit as needed for posts with proper authorization from members
- Design and create banners for website that boost sales and help the company to be viewed professionally
- Assist with and market e-commerce site
- Survey members in all programs, and provide results to management
- Review and edit memos as needed to members
- Ensure the customer experience from point of contact to registration is professional, and above average in delivery by our office team
- Ensure registration process provides an exceptional experience for members
- Provide monthly marketing report
- Provide ongoing customer feedback for improvement
- Assist with trade marketing of brand and program names
- Create social media campaigns to specific targeted audiences
- Other assigned and related duties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Hindi language an asset
Proven creative and strategic and digital marketing experience needed. Social media page management experience for businesses required. Marketing program Co op students welcome. University or College Students only.

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
