**What you’ll be doing**:
- Support Finance and Sr. Managers with reporting requests/analyses by gathering data, generating reports (Excel, Power BI, Webfocus), and providing accurate analyses, enabling Finance/Sr. Managers to make informed/accurate/timely business decisions.
- Function as a support to Finance and Sr. Management Team with internal reporting activities
- Prepare Sales Totals/Sales Activities Summary Reports for Finance and Sr. Management via Excel, Power Bi, Webfocus
- Manage/maintain of the monthly Profit and Loss (PnL) statement workbook
- Action yearly sales budget activities
- Monitor the data integrity of data collection systems (Excel, Power Bi, Webfocus)
- Manage team hierarchy data tables and Net Sales Report
- Respond to incoming Finance and Sr. Management Internal Ad hoc report requests
- Responsible for database design, administration, security, and maintenance
- Various Finance-support duties as required (such as research on credit balances, refunds, adjustments, corrections on billing records, assist with sub-ledgers, assist with client-invoice activities such as contacting customers to secure payment information, address disputes etc.)

- Qualifications**
- 2 + years related experience
- Proficient in Excel, BI and PowerPoint, advanced level
- Intermediate experience using Business Intelligence/Data Mining tools
- Expertise with acquiring data and creating reports/presentations
- Ability to conduct in-depth business and data analysis and to effectively communicate the results
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment
- Must value working in a collaborative environment
