We are currently recruiting for an Associate Marketing Manager, Social Media to our Marketing team in Mississauga, Ontario. The Associate Marketing Manager, Social Media will be responsible for supporting BP’s Social Media Channels, Corporate Social Responsibility (BP Foundation) and Gift Card programs.

**What you do**:

- Social Media:_
- Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to be the voice of Boston Pizza online
- Work with Guest Services team to manage guest feedback on social channels.
- Support and develop Boston Pizza’s social media strategy and work with external and internal partners to execute
- Support and develop a regular social media content calendar for Boston Pizza’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages, including community and lifestyle posts, images and videos
- Provide regular reports and analytics relating to Boston Pizza’s social media presence and campaigns
- Build followers, fans, subscribers and drive meaningful engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure a consistent brand identity across all digital media channels
- Actively monitor social media trends and best practices, evaluate new tools and provide recommendations on extension of strategies as appropriate
- Build training materials for restaurant-level staff and provide training and administrative support for local Facebook page admins and editors
- Work with guest services and external monitoring agency to reply to guests’ questions on social media and direct guest concerns offline
- CSR and Fundraising Promotions:_
- Work closely with Marketing Manager, BP Foundation and Agency partners to develop comprehensive branding, marketing and fundraising strategy in support of the charity
- Drive brand awareness and clarity for charitable programs with guests and key internal stakeholders
- Support and develop and execute key promotional initiatives driving awareness and fundraising for the charity including annual Kids Cards and Valentine’s Day programs
- Gift Card Program: _
- Support and develop annual business plans for BP gift card program and execute supporting marketing strategy
- Support for annual growth of gift card sales, expense management and advertising spend
- Build relationships with key external partners to grow the program in retail, B2B and online
- Work with BP Franchisees to implement program in-restaurants and to manage P&L for gift card business

**Who you are**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing/Advertising
- 4-6 years’ experience building integrated Marketing communications plans - either on Client or Agency side
- Knowledge and passion for strategic communications and demonstrated creative acumen
- In-depth knowledge of social media industry, platforms, trends, tracking and social listening tools
- Proven project management experience
- Franchisee experience a strong asset
- Strong time management skills and strong ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience in social media both professionally and personally
- Proficient knowledge of customer service best practices and execution
- Flexibility with hours: Although boundaries are established, community management will require support outside of typical 9-5 working hours
