We’re looking for someone, ideally with **experience in the painting industry** to join us as a key part of our team. This role is essential in helping new customers unlock the full potential of PaintScout’s platform, guiding them through onboarding and providing expert support. If you’ve worked in the painting industry and are passionate about helping contractors succeed, we’d love to have you join our (really awesome) team

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Guide and Support**: Lead new customers through a seamless onboarding process, helping them set up and use PaintScout effectively.
- **Deliver Training**: Provide personalized coaching sessions to educate clients on PaintScout’s features and best practices for estimating and sales.
- **Build Relationships**: Serve as a trusted advisor, creating strong, long-term relationships that leave clients feeling supported and valued.
- **Provide Feedback**: Collect customer insights to share with internal teams, driving product improvements and enhancing the user experience.
- **Be an Expert**: Become a PaintScout expert and provide insightful solutions to address client needs efficiently.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Direct experience in the painting industry is preferred, particularly in production, sales, or estimation.
- You’ve worked in customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B environment, and excel at delivering exceptional service.
- Your strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- You’re detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- You have experience using CRM tools or other customer management platforms.
- You’re proactive, anticipating customer needs and offering solutions before issues arise.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated to achieve shared goals.

**Location Requirements**:
This is a hybrid role based in Calgary, AB, requiring 3-4 days in the office. Applicants must have a reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
