**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Perform horticultural tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Conduct regular maintenance on tools and equipment, including power tools and hand tools.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating quantities needed for various tasks.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required for transporting materials or produce around the farm.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed for farm operations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks effectively and efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
- Experience with cattle
- Background in horticulture is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with maintenance practices for farm machinery is required.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills are necessary for various farming tasks.
- Must be capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily responsibilities.
