We’re seeking an experienced and motivated **Project & Site Manager - Medical and Dental Builds** to lead the successful delivery of medical and dental construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who thrives on the jobsite and in the office — managing timelines, budgets, and subcontractors while ensuring high-quality, compliant builds in clinical environments.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Oversee all phases of medical/dental construction and tenant improvements, from planning to turnover
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and trades
- Manage site activities including safety, quality control, and scheduling
- Coordinate permitting, inspections, and healthcare compliance requirements
- Track budgets, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely delivery

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience managing medical, dental, or healthcare-related construction projects
- Strong understanding of infection control, specialized equipment installation, and clinic layout needs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and job sites
- Knowledge of local building codes and health sector construction standards

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Medical and Dental Construction: 4 years (required)
- Project Management in Commercial Construction: 4 years (required)
