We are a Firm that provides Pro Bono Placement and Recruitment Services. We are also a Licensed Immigration Firm.
Our Client and Employer is looking for a Retail Sales Associate for a teenage and children's clothing and products store. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect items for their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
- Handle cash register transactions, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and priced correctly.
- Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
- Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, store policies, and product information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma; Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate.
- Previous experience in clothing stores is a plus.
