Kroll’s Cyber Risk team works on over 3,000 cases a year, including some of the most complex and highest profile matters in the world. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver technical resources to the Kroll Cyber incident response and penetration testing teams, by administering the technical resources they depend on to do work.
- Deliver and maintain technical resources, both on-premise and cloud-based.
- Populate, maintain, and audit an inventory of critical laptops and other proactive equipment.
- Assist consultants with proper management of penetration testing resources, including laptops, mobile devices, and cloud-based resources.
- Manage preparation and delivery of technical resources during onboarding and offboarding of personnel.
- Coordinate with the Kroll facility management team to administer facility access systems for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Contribute to development of new automations, scripts, and other resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Kroll Cyber proactive services team as needed.
- As a part of the business process management team, constantly work to improve business efficiency by building new technical service management solutions.
- Other duties as assigned, including shipping equipment to consultants, resolving technical issues by coordinating with corporate IT personnel, and resolving technical and procedural matters.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- College degree, specialized training, or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant certifications are a plus
- Windows OS installation and configuration experience required
- Linux experience preferred, but not required
