Lot Attendant

**What You'll Do as a Lot Attendant for the**Sales Department**:

- Verify the receipt of all new vehicles delivered to the dealership and park the new cars on the lot in an orderly manner
- Inspect new vehicles for damage and verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice and recording any damage or missing accessories
- Catalog, store and file keys, manuals, fobs etc. for vehicles
- Re-park cars following sales to maximize the use of space and maintain order in the lot
- Assist in charging or jumping vehicle batteries, changing wiper blades and other basic vehicle maintenance
- Maintain the appearance and vehicles on the lot through washing, removing debris and snow, and picking up garbage.
- Assist the sales department with other duties as required

**What You'll Do as a Lot Attendant for the**Service Department**:

- Maintain the appearance of the Service Department lot and vehicles on the lot by washing, removing debris and snow, mowing the grass and picking up garbage
- Pick up and drop off vehicles between the main dealership and detail centre as well as from other service vendors as needed
- Pick up any parts needed from the Parts Department at the main dealership, dropping them off at our Internal Centre
- Assist in installing specific accessories in vehicles, as well as maintaining accessory inventory
- Receive vehicles off the transport truck and perform specific transport delivery inspections
- Support the Internal Department with any other duties as required

**What You Bring**:

- Possess a basic understanding of vehicles and vehicle maintenance is a bonus
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow process
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a criminal background check

**Schedule**:
**Sales Lot Attendant**:

- Tuesday - Thursday; 10am to 7pm
- Friday; 9am to 6pm
- Saturday; 9am to 5pm

**Service Lot Attendant**:

- Monday - Friday; 7:30am to 4:30pm
