team, our
Warehouse
Coordinator
plays a vital role in
maintaining
the efficiency of fulfillment operations. With a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills, the
Warehouse
Coordinator will support
the distri
bution process
assisting
with in
ventory management, goods reception, and dispatch tasks. This position is
a key
component
to ensur
e
a smooth workflow
in the
movement
and management
of
different materials
and goods
within the
distribution
processes
.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

**Order***
**Processing**
- Coordinate

- ustomer orders, including retail,
- wholesale

- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping A ssist
- with loading and unloading of deliveries C oordinate the shipping and receiving of different supplies and
- internal transfers
- Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipping errors Assist in the c oordinat ion of
- storage and distribution of materials within the organization
- Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling of materials Support with the logistics of the cannabis raw materials and /or finished good transportation from the manufacturing facility
- and storage within the warehouse C oordinate with planning team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other components to the manufacturing f
- acility

**Your Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- additional
- education or certification in
- logistics
- is a plus
- Proven e
- xperience in a warehouse facility or industrial/manufacturing environment Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and (Warehouse Management Software ( WMS )
- systems

**Your Approach & Strengths**
- Adequate experience operating manufacturing and/or processing machines is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift 40- 50 pounds, work standing up for long periods
- and perform repetitive motions in a manufacturing environment
- Good documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
- Excellent follow through skills and ability to work within time constraints Has a “Safety First” m ind
- set
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize duties to meet deadlines and can adapt to unexpected priorities
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written skills
- Flexibility to work on different shift schedules as per as business needs Must have the ability to maintain and pass an RCMP criminal record check and obtain a
- security clearance
