**Cyber Incident Recovery Director**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and serve as the main security contact for clients and stakeholders during incident recovery.
- Plan and prioritize daily and weekly recovery tasks according to business needs and security protocols.
- Coordinate with the PMO for task management, status reporting, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Enforce industry best practices in incident response, cybersecurity analysis, and case management.
- Oversee the security and stability of IT functions being restored or recovered.

**Must have knowledge and experience**:

- Expertise in Dell and/or VMware technologies.
- Incident response proficiency.
- Strong security background.
- Ability to travel to client sites on short notice.
