Accounting Clerk

Established in 1977, WIINMAR® (Canada) International, Ltd, is one of Canada’s largest property restoration franchise systems that specializes in water damage, fire and smoke restoration services, mold inspection and removal as well as damage restoration and disaster recovery with over 90 locations across the country.

Winmar (Canada) International Ltd is currently seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team in the corporate office located in London Ontario. The position will be reporting to the President

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Perform accounting inquiries as requested
- Generate sales reports and billings for royalties based on franchise agreements
- Generate billing for renewal of franchises or new franchises
- Generate monthly withdrawals for royalties (EFT)
- Insurance rebilling of early payment and volume amounts to franchises
- Rebill the legal fees to franchises
- Process suppliers Invoices into Accounts Payable system
- Process cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
- Process re-distribution of bulk payments from National Accounts to franchises
- Follow up with the outstanding Accounts Receivables
- Process credit card payments for Managers
- Support the managers with information as required
- Other tasks as needed

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business Accounting is preferred
- Strong computers skills especially knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with JDE Software Knowledge of JD Edwards, Docusphere, Tungsten would be a definite advantage (will train)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines monthly
- Organized
- Good judgement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner and able to work independently and work In a Team environment
- Criminal Record Check & cleared driving record is required

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
