**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, Caterpillars, backhoes, and loaders to complete finishing tasks on construction sites.
- Pave surfaces and ensure proper grading for drainage and aesthetics.
- Dig trenches and prepare sites for further construction activities.
- Utilize horizontal drilling techniques as needed for specific project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to build structures according to project specifications.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Skills**
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including bulldozers, Caterpillars, backhoes, and loaders.
- Experience in sewer, water, roadbuilding and site finishing work.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
