**About the Role**
- This role is a supporting role in our yearbook department.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the yearbook team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the product
- Assist in setting up yearbook accounts and contracts
- Assist with the submission of yearbook content
- Provide support for general yearbook software questions
- Setup yearbook account activation
- Assist the yearbook manager with building a print schedule with both in-house and third-party printers
- Ensure that yearbook jobs are created and entered into the Company’s system correctly and timely
- Distribute yearbook materials to the school associations as needed
- Communicate effectively with school associations as well as company staff
- Assist the sales and field staff as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to meet business needs
- Supporting role for supervisor/manager; assisting with training and answering daily procedural questions
- Salary position
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of the department(s)
- Point person for rushes, one off situations, problem jobs or those requiring extra attention
- Assisting supervisor/manager in delegating tasks and ensuring task tracking is kept up to date

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Edge internal systems a great asset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Demonstrated problem resolution and customer service skills in working with clients
- Ability to work alone with little supervision
- Organized and efficient time management
- As per Edge company vaccination policy, all team members are encouraged to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
