**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**
- A keen interest in the automotive industry and a drive to learn the unique features and selling points of new Ford vehicles
- One year (or more) experience in a competitive sales environment is an asset
- Ability to speak, read and write English at both technical and conversational levels
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to build rapport with customers from all walks of life
- Ability to understand and discuss benefits, options, and technical information as it relates to purchasing or leasing a vehicle (training will be provided)
- Effective listening and communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise agreements with customers and internal partners
- Self-motivated, cooperative and able to work independently
- Valid PEI Drivers License and clean drivers abstract
- Acceptable criminal background check
