Mondoux Confectionery is looking for a new Territory Manager for the following region:
Montreal Islands, Outaouais, Ottawa and up to the Kingston region.

The main responsibilities of the Territory Manager are the management of franchised/corporate distributors and business development for all brands distributed by Mondoux Confectionery in the assigned territory.

Prerequisites
- Valid driving licence
- DEC/BAC level
- At least 5 years experience in sales and personnel management
- Very good knowledge of the territory
- Experience in the DSD network
- Bilingualism
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite

**Regional territory management task**:

- Constantly analyze sales volume in order to increase the number of territories to ensure optimal growth of the company.
- Manage expenses/credits effectively in order to positively impact the company's EBITDA.
- Regional account management.
- Maintain strong partnerships with the Operations Managers/Banner Coordinators in the region to target and fill more opportunities in the field.
- Develop and execute a regional strategic action plan.
- Present periodic business reviews to distributors and merchants.

Team Management
- Enforce franchise agreements by maintaining a Franchisor / Franchisee relationship.
- Responsible for the achievement of the team's objectives.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews with distributors.
- Ensure that the distributor's inventory meets the needs of the customers and the company.
- Ensure that the distributor uses the tools and reports provided by the company properly.
- Prepare and facilitate a weekly impact meeting for his team.

Administration
- Analyze territory coverage and re-divide routes as needed.
- Take inventory of corporate distributors as needed.
- Make sales forecasts for distributors.
- Developed territorial action plans.
- Analysis of various reports and communication of relevant information to his team.
- Create and implement effective follow-up tools.
- Participate in the development of marketing and promotional strategies and ideas.

Personnel management
- Conduct regular SWOT analysis of each team member in order to make targeted and effective interventions.
- Determine key performance indicators for each position and ensure their consistency with the business strategy.
- Evaluate team members using KPIs.
- Present improvement plans.
- Hire and train distributors and sales representatives.
- Oversee the sale and purchase of distribution routes.
- Participate in the proactive recruitment process.
