**Salary**:$80,000 - $85,000

**The Opportunity**:
The Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cloverdale, BC branch. This leadership role requires a committed individual who will take ownership of the branch’s operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused service delivery. The Operations Supervisor will manage a team of fuel drivers and dispatchers, ensuring smooth fuel deliveries, inventory control, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting a culture of safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all commercial fuel deliveries and ensure the delivery process runs smoothly.
- Lead and manage a team of fuel drivers and dispatchers, including hiring, training, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Facilitate regular safety inspections and safety meetings.
- Ensures the facility and its employees are complying with all safety procedures set by the company.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance for fleet of fuel trucks and tankers.
- Maintain inventory of hoses, fittings, safety gear and other PPE, and place orders as necessary.
- Complete administrative reporting and month end closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service through direct communication and site visits.
- All other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous industry experience in fuel delivery, logistics, or operations management is highly desirable.
- Experience working with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience using JDE software is an asset.
- Experience using PowerBI is an asset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and work after hours when required.
