**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- Assemble and install cabinetry, shelving, and fixtures according to design specifications.
- Lay various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl, ensuring a clean and precise finish.
- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels, including taping, sanding, and patching for smooth walls.
- Perform painting, staining, and finishing tasks on walls, cabinets, and other surfaces.
- Install basic trim, baseboards, and molding with attention to detail.
- Handle, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials safely on-site.
- Perform basic repairs such as patching holes, fixing trim, and adjusting doors and fixtures.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring all work areas are organized and safe.
- Assist in the demolition of existing structures, including the removal of old fixtures, flooring, or drywall.
- Assemble and install light fixtures, mirrors, and hardware as part of renovation projects.
- Take on minor plumbing tasks such as installing sinks or faucets (under supervision).
- Communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Provide input and feedback on-site to improve processes and project efficiency.
- Communicate with clients as needed, ensuring satisfaction with project progress and results.
- Assist in the inspection and quality control of completed work to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide creative solutions when necessary.

**Skills**
- Experience in residential or commercial renovations.
- Ability to use hand and power tools for installation tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints.
- Basic understanding of measurements and cutting techniques.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
