**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Wedding Photographer/Cinematographer to join our team at Cinematic Films. As a Wedding Photographer/Cinematographer, you will be responsible for capturing the most memorable moments of our clients' special day and transforming them into stunning visual stories.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Capture high-quality, candid, and artistic images/videos of wedding events, including ceremonies, receptions, and pre-wedding shoots.

2. Use a variety of photography and videography techniques to create unique and captivating shots that reflect the couple's personalities and the overall mood of the wedding.

3. Direct and pose couples and wedding party members to ensure flattering and natural-looking photos/videos.

4. Edit and retouch photos/videos using industry-standard software to enhance their quality and aesthetic appeal.

5. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and specific shot requirements.

6. Maintain and operate photography/videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio recording devices.

7. Manage and organize photography/videography equipment, props, and accessories before, during, and after wedding events.

8. Ensure timely delivery of edited photos/videos to clients while meeting quality and deadline expectations.

9. Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

10. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in wedding photography/videography to continuously improve skills and offerings.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a wedding photographer/cinematographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing wedding-related work.

2. Proficiency in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, video cameras, and related equipment.

3. Advanced knowledge of photography/videography principles, composition, and lighting techniques.

4. Excellent editing skills using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and coordinate with wedding vendors.

6. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing environments and schedules.

7. Attention to detail and a keen eye for capturing candid moments and emotions.

8. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

9. A passion for storytelling and creating memorable visual experiences for clients.

10. Bachelor's degree in photography, cinematography, visual arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
