And then we kept going...**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with leadership to develop strategies under the three pillars of ESG - Environment, Social, and Governance
- Champion the development and enhancement of sustainability and social initiatives across the organization
- Work with business managers to improve client compliance with biomedical waste regulations
- Monitor emerging sustainability risks and opportunities, providing insightful business direction to meet carbon reduction targets
- Gather the organization’s carbon impact data and maintain carbon accounting spreadsheet
- Meet with client and community groups as required

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience with compliance auditing and reporting
- Experience with community engagement and outreach
- Comfort with delivering presentations, leading training programs, and pitching ideas
- Prior knowledge of carbon emission reporting
- Post secondary in Environmental Studies an asset
- Experience in customer compliance an asset
