**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supervised Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with behavioral challenges, implementing treatment plans designed to improve their social, emotional, and behavioral skills. You will play a crucial part in collecting data to monitor progress and support the overall development of our clients in a supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in the assessment and treatment of both youth and young adults in all developmental domains under the umbrella of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
- Implement behavioral treatment plans and goals developed by the BCBA/RBA to facilitate behaviour reduction and skill acquisition for clients.
- Provide treatment programs to clients, both individually and in small groups, based on principles of ABA.
- Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure high-quality, well
- integrated client care.
- Participate in data analysis by collecting data, inputting it, and analyzing graphs.
- Identification of existing obstacles that hinder or preclude treatment and bring them to the attention of the clinical team.
- Participate in regular clinical team meetings and assist in the development of creative solutions to individual and programming challenges.
- Provide staff/caregiver coaching and education via training and implementation checks with materials provided by the BCBA/RBA.
- This position works on a regular schedule, but evening and weekend work can occur on occasion.

**Experience**
- Postsecondary education in a related field.
- Behavioural Science background.
- Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis, autism spectrum disorder, and child development.
- Minimum of 2 years working with youth and young adults with complex special needs, including autism and developmental/intellectual disabilities.
- Ability to help develop and implement intervention strategies and programs.
- Experience and comfort with staff training and support.
- Experience working in a team setting is an important aspect of this position.
- Strong interpersonal skills that will support collaboration with a team of caregivers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Mature and responsible attitude towards work.
- Current Vulnerable Sector and Police Check.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
