**Auto Body Shop Office Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
Jaehn’s Restoration Auto Body has an opening for an experienced Auto Body Office Administrator for full time employment.

Jaehn’s is a unique auto body shop specializing in the auto body restoration-repair of vehicles. With a focus on quality, we are passionate about auto body restoration as our jobs often involve the repair of older vehicles typically requiring metal work, rust repair, and attention to detail.

Working in the front office our location in north-east Edmonton, this position involves administrative tasks requiring strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and interacting professionally with customers and staff.

**Tasks**:

- Receiving customers into the office; directing inquiries and taking information.
- Handle customer service inquiries effectively, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
- Input customer information for estimates.
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for ease of access.
- Preparation of payroll on a regular basis.
- Updating work orders and job costing.
- Accounts payable; preparation and tracking payments.
- Accounts receivable; generating invoices and aged receivables.
- Collections of accounts receivable.
- Bank deposits and reconciliation
- Bookkeeping into general ledger using QuickBooks.
- Data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
- Receiving parts orders from suppliers.
- Scheduling appointments for management and customers.
- Communicate with manager and staff to enhance overall efficiency.
- Shop support: confirming photos, notes, and special instructions.
- Keeping the office organized, neat and tidy.

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced with auto body shop operations and terms.
- Proficient with software Google Suite, QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Autobody Management.
- Professional positive attitude interacting with staff and customers.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
